Her name is Kiriya Nahero... some info is required I suppose.

She's 21 ( pretty old to be starting her poké journey^^' ) When she was 10, a month before she was supposed to start her journey, her dad took her to see him train. In the middle of training, a Golem appeared and used Selfdestruct. To protect her dad's beloved Slaking, Kiriya shielded it from the blast (stupid kid)
When she was taken to the nearest pokecenter, the nurses found a piece of stone lodged in the back of Kiriya's neck, scratching against her vocal cord. They managed to save her, but her voice cord was severely damaged. To this day, 11 years later, her wound is still not completely healed, due to the fact that she's constantly using her throat.
The necklace ( pure gold and rubies ) were given to her by her father after the accident, so that she could cover her scars.
Kiriya met her first pokemon and her best friend, Hikari the Pikachu, when she was 11. Hikari simply wandered into pallet town and to Kiriya's house because she could feel Kiriya's sadness. Kiriya and Hikari are very different; where Kiriya is very quiet and slightly hesistant(not just because she lost her voice), Hikari is serious and not afraid to speak her mind. She also 'translates' what Kiriya want to say.
The second Pokemon Kiriya befriended was a Moltres named Fenn. Fenn crash-landed in the forest nearby and Kiriya went with her childhood friend, Gary Oak, to investigate. Fenn and Kiriya are very similar, as they're both quiet. Fenn can easily get riled up if someone threatens Kiriya.
The pokeballs at the side of her belt belongs to Hikari and Fenn, any other is kept in her pouch, along with all of her other possesions.
The right outfit is after a timeskip. As you can see, one of the rubies in Kiriya's necklace has been removed and replaced by something purple. That is a scale from Bene(Ben-é), the Arbok who lost his life on the SS Anne due to a Critical Confusion from Gary's Kadabra ( my finger slipped while I was changing 'mons T^T ) The scale was blown off by the telepathy and cut Kiriya's cheek. That's why she even noticed it and kept it as a reminder of her own failure(MY failure T^T)
Second change is that Kiriya not keeps her hair in a ponytail with feathers. The feathers are the head-feathers of the Pidgeot, Piere. Piere gave them to her as a final goodbye after he died to protect his mate, Lucielle the Wigglytuff, and Kiriya.

... Kinda depressing, I know... I was most sad that Piere died.... GIOVANNIIIIIIIIIIIII!! I was panicking, okay?! Everyone else was on half health but Piere, so I send him out after Lucielle to stall and... Fucking critical Rock Blast! ;A; His Rhyhorn hadn't used it at ALL before that, so I thought Piere could stall just for ONE round until I got another 'mon healed... he couldn't.

But enough about my Nuzlocke issues^^'
